[BUG] Huge size increase after upgrade to 7.44

datadog-heroku-agent version 7.44

Describe what happened:
When pushing on heroku, there is a big increase in size of the app, while we did only a tiny change in our code. The only thing I see has changed is the version of datadog-heroku-agent from 7.43 to 7.44. The size of the plugin is now 296MB compared with 258MB for version 7.43. This makes our app quite a lot bigger given the heroku soft limit. It is a lot of work for us to shave off 40MB on uncompressed data.

Describe what you expected:
I did not expect such a huge size difference.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Deploy on heroku and compare with older version.

We have the same issue - DD is now #2 on our list of "very fat dependencies". If you have DD and Boto in your project you're in a hole before you've even started coding.
