Jellyfish issues

Found some issues with the jellyfish:

1. For some reason they get stuck near the wall where the submarine docks at the incubator area.
2. As consequence of 1), their eggs end up on the bridge and never hatches.
3. There doesn't seem to be any population control so the ocean quickly overflows with them.
