+Alpna is a Climate Change and Disaster Management Fellow for Himachal Pradesh at CivicDataLab. She is a Gold medalist in Masters in Disaster Management at Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has dedicated her career to understanding the intricate dynamics of climate change and developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate its impact on vulnerable communities. Worked with various Disaster Management organizations to gain on ground experience of dealing with disaster scenario and helping communities. She believes to be first mover for preserving nature, culture and society.
