Users have requested a way to easily view the personal best (PB) for each phase directly from the homepage. Currently, users cannot see how their current performance compares to their PB on a per-phase basis.

On the homepage, each phase card should display the delta (difference) between the current phase time and the user's personal best.

Additional context
Displaying the PB delta on the phase cards will improve the user experience by providing instant feedback on performance and motivating users to push for better results.
