OK, actually there's no specific wrapping configured anywhere. Everything is default, except for one place in msgmerge

Weblate has an addon: https://docs.weblate.org/en/weblate-4.12.2/admin/addons.html#addon-weblate-gettext-customize. It's not enabled in Hive.

I'm not sure what's the desired goal here, though. Need research.
