missing controller mappings

there should be an assignable button to skip videos, on the keyboard it's escape, but there is nothing on the controller that will do it and you should be able to do it without needing a keyboard

also walk is only possible with right trigger held but on all tomb raider games on the psx the Dpad is also walk, but again it doesn't have the POV /dpad in control settings to be able to remap or set as walk

unless full controls are supported then it's pointless so i still will be using joy2key
