It would be a fantastic addition, when using 2 related databases, for example Projects and Tasks, I should be able to go into a project and using a linked grid or board, see its related board, filtered by that relation.
Currently I can think of no workaround for achieving this feature.
My Use case is linking a grid of items in the page of the row of a creator (which is in the grid creators), and then filter the linked by relation to this Creator
@alonsoburon is that exactly that use case you did not find a workaround?
Not exactly, I want to link 2 databases
Projects and Tasks, this would allow me to show filtered views of tasks in each project, ideally using templates to avoid having to manually filter the DB each client I add
This feature request is really really important. Given the fact that two-way relationships are not already implemented, this would at least give a manual workaround.
I have Tasks and Projects tables and I cannot filter the Tasks by a particular project.
Description
I want to filter the relation entries in a database.
At the moment i can't filtering a database in the entries column.
As you can see in the image below, i can only filter the columns Name, Text, Done.
Impact
Would be very useful especially in combination with FR 7259
