If you preview the attached project, you should notice two issues.
During zoom in, there's a red line bleeding a few times, although smoothing is disabled and project is set to pixel perfect. This can be worked around by overlapping one pixel with the wall sprite, although not ideal.
During zoom in and zoom out, there seems to be some pixel rounding issue on the yellow waves. I see some pixel waves on the waves. This can be fixed by enabling the smoothing.
Not sure if the same issue, but probably related to #2155 and #1252
